If a ticket holder is unable to attend a performance or concert due to any of the following circumstances occurring after the ticket purchase and within 30 days before the event:

  1. Serious injury, severe illness, or mandatory quarantine of the ticket holder to prevent the spread of disease.
  2. Death, serious injury, severe illness, or mandatory quarantine of a family member*, requiring the ticket holder to stay with them.
  3. Damage to the ticket holder’s primary residence due to fire, theft, flood, storm, typhoon, or earthquake, preventing attendance at the event.
  4. The ticket holder receiving a court summons as a witness.
  5. The ticket holder being involved in a road accident while traveling to the event.
  6. The ticket holder’s vehicle experiencing a breakdown requiring emergency roadside assistance while en route to the event.
  7. The ticket holder being required to relocate or travel to another province or country for work by their employer.
  8. Severe flooding, storm, typhoon, or earthquake preventing travel to the event venue.
  9. The ticket holder having a scheduled school or university examination on the event day.

*Family members refer to the ticket holder’s legally recognized father, mother, children, and/or spouse.

The payment for the performance or concert ticket shall be made based on the value displayed on the ticket, which the ticket holder has prepaid to the event organizer.

The ticket holder must notify the company of their claim within 30 days from the date of the performance or concert, along with the required supporting documents as follows:

  1. The original performance or concert ticket that has not been used for entry.
  2. In the event of a claim for coverage, the following supporting documents must be prepared:
    • Medical case: A medical certificate.
    • Death case: A medical certificate and legal proof such as a marriage certificate or household registration for the spouse, father, mother, or children.
    • Property damage case: Proof of residence ownership and confirmation of severe damage to the residence.
    • Court summons case: A copy of the court summons.
    • Road accident case: A police report and vehicle insurance claim.
    • Emergency vehicle breakdown case: A police report, service records, and receipts for emergency roadside assistance.
    • Work relocation case: A confirmation letter from the employer, school, or university.
    • Examination case: A school or university exam schedule.
  3. The completed claim form.
  4. Send all documents by registered post to

The company will not compensate for any loss directly or indirectly caused by the cancellation of the performance or concert by the event organizer.
